Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.

The delivery time will be between 10 to 25 business days.

If there are customs delays and the order is held in Brazil, this period until release will not count towards the delivery time.

We take care to select suppliers who, in addition to offering competitive prices and quality, also expedite the shipping process.

After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the postal service to clarify the reason for the delay.

If the postal service does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can verify the situation with our suppliers.

If a logistics issue with your order is confirmed, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately after these verification steps.

The tracking code for your purchase will be sent via email within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.

If your order was placed using the "Boleto Bancário" payment option, the time between payment and bank confirmation may take up to 5 business days.
